You can however, get a Developer copy of Red Hat 7 Server and as others including Red-Hatters in this discussion have stated please view the entire discussion here , you can load RHEL 7 server and use "Server with Gui" during the installation and get something like Red Hat Workstation.

Others in the length of this discussion have mentioned Fedora Linux which provides a new version every 6 months or so. However, your subscription determines if you have the choice to use Workstation - see Jan's comment below Evaluate this, a Developer's Server edition or Fedora for your own needs. Even though the installation ISO does provide both products, your subscriptions determine which should be used. Thanks for pointing this out, and for confirming what I told Vitaly.
