Cant download fallout 4 mods from nexus with nmm

Make sure you have the most up to date version of NMM. The builds that were released soon after SSE were known to have these issues. But yes, SSE is clogging has been clogging the servers for a week. As 2much said, you can usually go with the manual download option and just install with NMM to bypass the NMM servers. They've been getting clogged so badly that they've actually been turning off the NMM servers entirely from time to time to wait for the traffic to die down.
